Solstice Bali 10’8″ SUP Features
As far as the nitty gritty goes on the iSUP itself, it’s made from highly durable 3-ply 1000-Denier PVC fabric material that’s reinforced with high-pressure drop-stitch construction. Whoa! What do all those words mean?
Translating this to layman’s English for you, it means that the iSUP is practically indestructible as it coasts through even the most extreme conditions.
While it’s not a board for high water surf, you will get maximum use out of it for flat water, light surf, and even some SUP yoga! More experienced paddlers might dare take on an ocean wave or two.
If you’re trying to lose a few pounds, you won’t have to pass up hopping on board the Bali in fear of dipping or popping it. It can handle up to 250 pounds and the rigidity of the board will have you forgetting your weight issues in a heartbeat!

You don’t have to have any special paddling skills to get started on the Bali – it caters to all stand up paddle boarding fanatics! It’s recommended for flat water and recreational use, but because of its extremely durable construction, it can handle light surf and some rapids. It may be too buoyant to ride wave breaks.

Many buyers are skeptical of a quality iSUP in this price range but the Bali proves otherwise. Many users from petite to over 200 pounds are astounded by the paddle board’s rigidity while out on the water – no flex at all!
They like that it folds up to 33 inches when deflated for space-saving benefits. Plus, it’s lightweight and convenient to carry with the center carry handle. With the price on this board, many buyers just can’t pass it up.
Beware, it doesn’t come with a paddle! You will have to buy that separately. Also, as unfortunate as it is, the pump doesn’t compensate for the lack of the paddle either.
It seems it’s really difficult for people to use and for some people is has broken after about a month or two.
However, with the savings on the iSUP, you can justify spending a bit more to get yourself a better pump and a paddle.

Comparable Boards to the 10’8″ Solstice Bali
There’s certainly a plethora of iSUPs when you’re hunting the $300-$500 price range. But, the Pathfinder Inflatable SUP is one of the best quality iSUPs on the lower price end and is comparable in build and specs.
It’s sporty looking, is 5″ thick, and it includes a paddle in the purchase kit, but it’s about a foot shorter. Not bad for an all-round iSUP though.
For a step up in everything, plus a few extra freebies, the Gold Coast Surfboards Aqua Discover iSUP Package is definitely hooking popular attention. It’s 6″ thick, can handle 350 pounds, and it has a 2-year warranty! It’s definitely worth peeking at while you’re shopping about.
If you’re willing to act quick, you can get the ISLE Surf and SUP Peak iSUP for half the price putting it in this price range. It sports similar specs to the Bali, includes extra accessories and the paddle, and it comes in various colors. But, the warranty can’t compete with the Solstice Bali one.
